To reach us in an emergency, simply call the regular number.  After regular business hours, follow the automated prompts on the phone to be connected to on-call doctor.  Remember that the doctor may be with another patient when you call, so allow ample time for a call back (usually within 15 minutes).   On weekends, emergencies may be referred to an emergency clinic.

If you do not hear back promptly, feel free to call again and leave another message to make sure, we do not take offense at this and understand your concern.

Visitors are welcome to tour our facility anytime. Group Tours and/or Classroom Presentations can be arranged by calling ahead at 417-782-PETS.
